Now, Monday through Saturday, you have the option to add to your experience, a fried catfish sandwich or our Loaded Catfish, a fried whiting fish sandwich, and a la carte, our house-made coleslaw, and our signature fries.

How "it" works...

We absolutely LOVE when we want a REAL GOOD salad and don't have to put it together! We believe our guests could possibly feel the same.

 

So, Monday - Saturday we provide a plethora of salad options, you tell us what you want from the options we have available, and we make the salad for you and pair it with ONE of our house-made flavorful dressings of your choice.

There are no assorted-size salads. Each custom salad comes in a square 8" x 8" plate at a flat rate, not weighed, but it also is not charged per ounce or topping, yet is evenly proportioned! Build an online order and see the total cost of your order before you pay online.

Monday - Saturday we fry catfish and we fry whiting fish (NO OTHER SEAFOOD) as well as hand-cut fries, make house-made tartar sauce, and extremely flavorful, house-made coleslaw.

When WE say "Real Fruit" Sweet Teas...

At Salads On Demand, we pride ourselves on cutting fruits to put into our teas, then allowing them flavor our teas for a minimum of 48 hours before they are available.  When sipping our teas, you taste FRUIT!

We encourage our first-time orderers to purchase at least one bottle while they last. They sell out often and space is very limited! You may want to pre-order, or purchase, the half gallon next time.

Orders $65+ do incur minimal gratuity.

 

Please be advised our hours are subject to change without notice IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY! In this instance, there is likely no time to update voicemail greetings, create/post signage, and/or send any notice. It is our hope you will be kind to give us another opportunity to serve you.

Our restaurant does provide dine-in and carry-out options for those who purchase with us. ABSOLUTELY NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK!

 

Problem checking out? ALL online orders, card purchases, and invoiced orders are inclusive of a 3.5% service charge.  There is no way one can order online, yet pay in-person.

Be sure to check the box to acknowledge you have read the allergy alert, then proceed to complete your order. Once the order is received, you will see a confirmation message on screen, then receive TWO emails confirming and summarizing your order. 

If you do not receive any confirmation emails, we did not receive your order.

 

Please know our website provides an APPROXIMATE TIME as to when your order will be ready for pick-up. There is a possibility that there are orders placed before yours that will delay your preparation and completion time. No, you cannot change your pick-up time. 

 

We do not accept any orders for "later" pick-up.  After your order is placed, paid, and prepared, as a courtesy, if you have not arrived, due to limited space and provided space is available, it will be chilled for no more than 30 minutes after completion.


Any item(s) MAY sell out before your order is received or prepared. As a result, said item(s) will not be included. On these occasions, additional costs are incurred when noting: "extra", "more", or "double" and requested items are not included unless it is selected and paid for with your purchase. Including a comment in the "Special Requests" section does not include the item addition(s) in your order.

If you need an extra fork, plate, seasoning, or dressing/sauce you will need to include that when placing your order as those requests do incur an upcharge.

If you would like a drink, please select your drink of choice within the tab, "Optional Step 8: DRINK". When no drink is selected, there is a "$0" beside your drink option on your receipt, we do not have a drink included with your order.

We do not have packets of mustard or hot sauce.  If you would like these condiments, please specify when placing your order as they are not automatically included; but added to your sandwich when requested.

Our extremely flavorful, house-made dressing is not currently sold individually and must be purchased during the purchase of salad(s).

 

We DO NOT proclaim to comply with/follow any specific dietary guidelines, requirements, or desires.

 

Please know our food and dressings are prepared in our facility which does contain common and possible allergens such as nuts, dairy, wheat, onions, tomatoes, eggs, mushrooms, etc. Our salads and/or highly tasteful house-made dressings MAY CONTAIN OR CONTACT any possible allergens and surfaces. For seafood allergies, please know WE DO FRY CATFISH AND WHITING FISH IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT Monday - Saturday unless otherwise announced. We do not fry shrimp, crab, or other seafood in this grease.

At present, we DO NOT have a calorie count. We are unable to inform you of the "lowest calorie", "lowest sodium", etc. dressing we offer.

Please check EACH item in your order for accuracy before exiting the building as THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR REMAKES.

In the event someone picks up your order, please share the order confirmation as they will need to check EACH item in your order for accuracy before exiting the building. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR REMAKES regardless of delayed pick up, who picks up the order, refusal to check the order; and lastly, regardless of the lack of time on one's behalf.

If a desired item is not noted on your receipt, the item will not be added upon order verification prior to pick up. Please remember, while we do our best to maintain our inventory, demand may surpass it and as a result, ANY item may be out of stock prior to your order fulfillment and will not be included with your purchase.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Q:  "Do you have romaine lettuce?"

A:  No. We have the foundation options noted in "Choose Your Foundation", which include Iceberg Lettuce, Spring Mix, Spinach, and Kale, OR NO FOUNDATION, which gives one the option to go without any greens and have a good salad to them.

 

Q:  "How are your carrots and cheese?"

A:  Our carrots, cheddar cheese, colby jack cheese, and pepper jack cheeses are grated. The feta cheese is crumbled.

Q:  "Are the onions red/purple?"

A:  No, the onions are sweet, raw, and diced.

Q:  "Are the broccoli, cauliflower, and mushrooms raw?"

A:  Yes, the broccoli, cauliflower, and mushrooms are chopped/diced, and served raw.

Q:  "Is it green peppers?"

A:  The diced bell peppers are typically multi-colored and no specific color is guaranteed.

Q:  "How are the eggs?"

A:  The eggs are boiled, chopped, and seasoned.

Q:  "What kind of chicken is it?" OR "Is it grilled or fried chicken?"

A:  The chicken is seasoned, smoked, sliced, and diced.

Q:  "Are the pecans or walnuts sweet?"

A:  No. The walnuts and pecans are both raw, broken pieces.

Q:  "Does the dressing come on the side or on the salad?"

A:  Yes, the extremely flavorful, house-made dressing ALWAYS comes on the side.

Q:  "Can I order for delivery on the website?"

A:  No, you cannot order delivery by calling or from SaladsOnDemand.com; however, we do partner with Door Dash and Uber to provide delivery!

Q:  "I don't see ____ on Door Dash/Uber. Will you add ____ to my order?"

A:  No. We partner with Door Dash and Uber to provide a limited salad menu. Some things that are unavailable with these apps are only available for you to pick up directly by walking into 2137 NW Broad Street, Murfreesboro, TN, calling 615-784-3998, and/or with SaladsOnDemand.com. Items that are available directly with us will not be added to your third-party order and those requests are denied with order cancellation. 

Q:  "Do you have soup, "bowls", or wraps?"

A:  No, we do not currently offer any soup, bowls, or wraps.

Q:  "What kind of salad do you have? How much is a "regular" salad? Do you have different sizes?"

A:  ALL OF OUR SALADS are custom salads, in which each guest views the available options and selects ONLY what they desire on their salad. As a result, there is NO REGULAR salad. You can call in to pre-order any specialty salad such as Potato Salad, Pasta Salad, Chicken Salad, Ham Salad, Tuna Salad, etc. Pre-ordered items will not be ready on the same day.

No, we do not have different size salads. All of our salads come in an 8" x 8" plate.
